We can help with feeding issues, digestion, excessive crying, and muscle tension.

We also help with general calming and relaxation in the body, including for mom or dad.

Randi Kofski and Anne Cartegnie have a combined 50 years of training and experience. We are both trained in Craniosacral for Newborns and Babies. Randi has additional training in tension related to Tongue Tie and Primary Reflex Integration, and is a Somatic/Experiential Psychotherapist and Couples Counselor. Anne is trained in pre- and peri-natal Psychology, early trauma resolution and Somatic Experiencing.

Sessions are 40 minutes. Baby can sleep or feed during the session.

Randi Kofski, craniosacral therapist

  • Randi is passionate about the mind-body connection which inspired her path as a Bodyworker and Reiki Master in 2001 at the San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork. She has accrued over 900 hours of training and has assisted Master Teachers: Eric Rubin, DC, Art Riggs, Rolfer & Marty Morales, Rolfer. She completed the coursework in Cranial Sacral Therapy at the Milne Institute in Big Sur, CA as well as the integrative anatomy cadaver workshop with Gil Hedley.

    Randi began at The Women’s Health Resource Center at California Pacific Medical Center where she specialized in Pre/Post-Natal Bodywork and Post-Operative Massage. She is also certified in Massage for people with Cancer. Upon her arrival in Los Angeles, Randi provided Clinical Bodywork and Cranial Sacral Therapy for clients at Jason Ferine Physical Therapy, Jenny Stofer DC., a Family Chiropractor & Mother Nurture Wellness, a Women’s Holistic Health practice in West LA. She regularly collaborates with other Medical and Holistic Health Practitioners with Bodywork as a supplement to care.

  • For the past 17 years, Anne has helped clients heal from emotional, physical, and traumatic injuries by listening to their bodies. Anne believes that the body stores knowledge to help us heal, so she has dedicated her life and career to developing the skills needed to speak its language.

    Anne started her training in bodywork in 2007. She completed her studies in basic anatomy and touch at IPSB, and went on to focus on Craniosacral therapy at the Milne Institute, Pediatrics craniosacral Therapy with Benjamin Shields, and Pre-and Peri-natal therapy with Ray Castellino’s professional training, Mary Jackson and Myrna Martin. Anne assisted Myrna Martin’s three-year pre- and perinatal education training, Benjamin Shileds, and many Wombs Surrounds workshops. She is a certified craniosacral therapist and pre- and peri-natal therapist. Anne is also certified in Reiki and Polarity therapy. 

    Anne is currently studying Somatic Experiencing with Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing International program. She is the Hoffman graduate group leader for Santa Monica.

     Her practice is based in Santa Monica, with online sessions available. 

    Anne comes from a long lineage of dousers and self-taught healers in France. The birth of her son 22 years ago prompted her healing journey by opening a world of invisible but palpable sensations and a need for help and connection.
