Pre- and Peri-Natal therapy - Implicit memories

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on modality that promotes deep relaxation of the nervous system. It is a non-invasive way to heal physical injuries by palpating and releasing tension. It can also help with emotional injuries. The gentle holds provide an experience of safety, support, and “being gotten” at a deeper level. Craniosacral therapy can help with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, post-surgery recovery, emotional balance, and sinus issues.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

What is Somatic Experiencing?

What is Pre- and Peri-natal Therapy?

Pre- and Peri-natal therapy is beneficial for adults and families. It is the most efficient modality I have come across to change lifelong patterns. This work is worth exploring if you feel stuck. Early trauma memories are implicit (non-verbal) by nature. We need to slow down and “speak” in the language of the body. The lower brain, where such early trauma is stored, doesn’t know the difference between past and present.

The body keeps the score. It holds the memory of past traumatic events. It also has a great capacity to upgrade itself and fix bugs. Think of it as a nervous system upgrade. I love this work because it liberates fire, joy, and creativity. Somatic Experiencing (SE) helps with PTSD, chronic stress or anxiety, hypervigilance, improved self-awareness & relationships. It increases resilience and regulates the nervous system.
